We have a complete QC system to manage our quality. Our QC team will trace different phases of production from the beginning, such as raw material checking, leather or fabric confirmation, and package testing during production. Most importantly, we will conduct self-inspection before shipping out the cargo and provide product pictures and quality reports to each customer who has ordered from us, whether it is your first time or you have ordered many times.
Our regular styles are delivered about 25 days after receiving the deposit. For custom-made designs, we will need about 35 days. Generally, we accept payment by T/T, with a 30% deposit required before production and the remaining 70% balance to be paid upon receipt of the B/L copy. We also accept payment by L/C if requested by customers.
